enum RoutingType : Enum<RoutingType>

Describes how the conversation was routed to an agent.

Entries

The first routing attempt when the conversation is created.

The conversation was transferred from one agent to another.

An additional agent was added to the conversation as a conference participant.

The routing type could not be determined.
